Automated Paydays Cancellation and Refund Policies

Automated Paydays is a subscription based membership service. Upon payment of a nominal fee you'll receive instant access to the Automated Paydays member’s area and website marketing tools for a 5 day trial period. After your trial-enrolment expires, in order to keep your membership active you agree that your card will be charged the agreed monthly fee for membership, hosting, maintenance and updates.
Simply put: Trial the Automated Paydays membership, marketing tools and service for a full 5-days and if you are not satisfied then you may cancel at any time.
Cancellation – How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription for any Subscription Product any time by giving us 48 hours' notice that you wish to cancel your subscription. If you cancel an order in accordance with these Terms, we will cancel future subscription instalment payments as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that if you give us notice of cancellation fewer than 48 hours before a pending subscription instalment payment is due to be charged, we cannot guarantee that that payment will be cancelled.

Please note: A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to your account. The cancellation of a subscription product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND SERVICE PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS WILL BE GIVEN.
After, cancellation, your access to the Automated Paydays membership area, products and services will terminate on the next monthly anniversary of your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on January 15th and cancel on May 10th, your access will terminate on May 15th.
Cancellation – Non-subscription products
You may cancel your order any time prior to our order confirmation. Because downloadable goods or services are available to you, and could be copied by you on delivery, you cannot cancel once we have confirmed your order. If you cancel an order in accordance with these Terms before confirmation, we will refund your money as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of cancellation of your order.
Requesting a Refund on non-subscription products
All of our non-subscription and one-time purchase products come with a full 60 day money back guarantee. This is one of the most comprehensive refund guarantees available for online purchases.
Simply put, if you are unhappy with your purchase of one of the Automated Paydays upgrades, we will issue you a complete refund provided you have:
- Contacted our dedicated customer support team asking for assistance if required.
- Submitted your request for a refund within 60 days of making your purchase.
- Provided a valid reason for requesting a return within 60 days of purchase.
